Refund and Returns Policy
As we are committed to ensuring that you receive your items in the best condition, all products are checked before dispatch. However, the product may be damaged in the process of delivery.
If under any circumstances the items are damaged during delivery, we offer replacements or refunds. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your purchase if any of your items are defective or damaged.
The Refund and Returns Policy will only be effective for a period of 3 calendar days from the time you receive your items from the courier company. If you have exceeded this period and still desire a refund, kindly contact our customer service for further assistance.
Undergarments are not eligible for returns due to hygiene concerns.
The buyer is required to return the faulty or damaged items by POS. Items must be returned with all of their original contents(free gifts, accessories, original packaging, etc.), in new condition, and with tags & labels attached.
Refund and Returns Policy are offered ONLY for defective and damaged items. Super Gift does not cover accidental damage or wear caused by the buyer.
Items are not eligible for a refund if:
1. They are received in good condition
2. They did not meet the customer’s personal preference
3. They have been used
4. The customer has changed his mind about purchasing the product
Cancellations are not allowed once an order has been placed UNLESS the customer has been notified that the items cannot be delivered to the requested location.
